How do I place an order? Ordering online with Anna Sofia Designs is easy. Place the item(s) you want in your cart by clicking the “Add To Cart” button. Click “View Cart” at any time to review or edit your cart contents. When you’re ready, click “Check Out” to make your purchase. Your order will be placed via PayPal's secure server.
What forms of payment do you accept? You can use your Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover card. Payments are processed via PayPal, and you have the flexibility of paying with or without a PayPal account. Is my credit card information secure? Absolutely. Your order will be processed using a 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, the highest security level commercially available.
What is your privacy policy? We don't share any of your personal information with anyone. We'll email you to notify you of shipment, contact you regarding your order, or send you special savings coupons for our jewelry.
What is your shipping policy? Shipping is a flat rate of $5. Packages ship within 48 hours via USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 2-3 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Massachusetts residents are required by law to pay 5% sales tax.
Do you ship internationally? We sure do! Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $6. Shipping to UK/Europe is a flat rate of $14. For your convenience, you can check out via our shopping cart. Please allow 4-10 business days for your package to arrive. Any additional charges, tarriffs, or customs incurred outside of the United States are the buyer's responsibility.
What is your return policy? We want you to be completely delighted with your jewelry! Feel free to make an exchange for a different item, or return it for a full refund, within thirty days of receiving your package. Shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable, and you pay the return shipping.
Please email us with the reason for your return before sending back your package. We do not issue returns on items that have been damaged due to rough handling or lack of proper care. Visit our About The Jewelry page for tips on how to best care for your jewelry.
