Burgundy And Copper Nepalese Lokta Paper Double Circle Pendant

Double circle paper pendant with a muted copper pattern on deep burgundy. Handcrafted with Nepalese Lokta paper and wire-wrapped with sterling silver wire. The Lokta bush, a renewable source, grows in Nepal, high up in the Himalayas; Lokta paper is made from the inner bark.

The pendant is firm and sturdy, yet lightweight. It has been coated with a sealer which gives it a nice sheen. Length: just under 1 3/4”; width of top bead: 3/4”; width of bottom bead: 1/2”. Sterling silver chain, 16” or 18”. $46
